This manual feeding station provides a clean and ergonomic environment for operators to manually unload powders, granules, or small particles.

This bag dump station is equipped with an integrated dust collection unit, maintaining a clean workplace by preventing airborne dust during manual discharging. Optional components include a vibrating screen, making it an integrated bag dump and screening station for material inspection and particle size control. For enhanced safety and hygiene, the bag rip-and-tip dump station design minimizes exposure and contamination during material transfer.

Operators can use this manual bag dump station to open bags manually or with a manual bags cutting machine, allowing controlled dumping of material into a hopper or connected conveying system. The equipment is ideal for applications requiring contained sack manual discharging, such as in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.

Operation process

① Open the feeding door of the dust-free feeding station, and the dust removal fan will start automatically, so that negative pressure is generated in the feeding station bin.

② Manually move the small bag of materials to the feeding station operation platform, open the bag manually and pour the materials.

③ After the feeding work is completed, close the feeding door, stop the dust removal fan, open the pulse valve, and back-blow the filter element.
