Description
Product Overview
The Ring Chain Bucket Elevator (TH Series) is a highly efficient and stable vertical conveying equipment that uses round-link chains as traction components. It is designed for transporting powdered, granular, and small lump materials, widely used in industries such as construction materials, mining, chemicals, grain, metallurgy, and power. Known for its large conveying capacity, high lifting height, wear resistance, and long service life, the TH Series is ideal for handling high-temperature, high-hardness, and highly abrasive materials.
Key Features (Advantages)
✅ High Conveying Capacity – Compared to traditional TD bucket elevators, the TH Series offers larger capacity, suitable for large-scale production lines.
✅ High Lifting Height – Can stably lift materials up to 50m, meeting high-rise conveying needs.
✅ Wear-Resistant & Durable – Uses alloy steel round-link chains for impact and wear resistance, with a longer lifespan than standard belts.
✅ Strong Adaptability – Can handle materials with temperatures up to 250°C, ideal for high-temperature applications.
✅ Gravity Discharge – Reduces material breakage, suitable for fragile materials.
✅ Low Maintenance Costs – Chains are lubricated in an oil bath, reducing friction and maintenance requirements.
Applications (Industries)
Construction Materials Industry – Transporting cement, lime, gypsum, and sand.
Chemical Industry – Handling fertilizers, titanium dioxide, mineral powders, and alumina.
Mining Industry – Conveying coal powder, iron ore, and copper ore.
Grain Industry – Moving corn, wheat, soybeans, and feed pellets.
Metallurgy Industry – Transporting metallurgical slag, steel slag, and mineral slag.

Working Principle
The Chain Bucket Elevator consists of an upper head, middle body, lower base, drive unit, round-link chains, and buckets.
1.Material enters the buckets through the inlet at the bottom.
2.The chains drive the buckets upward, lifting the material to the top.
3.Material is discharged by gravity into the target container or conveying system.
4.Empty buckets return to the bottom via the chains, reloading to form a continuous lifting process.
Selection Guide
Material Characteristics – For high-temperature, high-hardness, or highly abrasive materials, choose TH400 or higher models.
Conveying Capacity – Select models from TH160 to TH500 based on actual conveying needs.
Lifting Height – Maximum height of 50m, ideal for high-rise material conveying.
Industry Requirements – For cement and mining industries, opt for fully enclosed designs to minimize dust leakage.
