Traditional bulk bag unloading methods—such as untying or cutting open the bag and manually discharging materials—often result in severe dust dispersion, material loss, and health hazards for operators. When handling combustible powders such as starch or flour, these methods also increase the risk of dust explosions.

System Types

Sealed Bag-Untying Bulk Bag Unloader (Reusable Bags)

This type is designed for customers who reuse their bulk bags. A pneumatic bag-clamping and sealing mechanism tightly seals the bag discharge spout, allowing operators to untie the bag in a fully enclosed environment. Materials are discharged without dust leakage, ensuring clean and safe operation.

Bag-Breaking Bulk Bag Unloader with Dust Collection (Non-Reusable Bags)

For non-reusable bulk bags, the system lifts the bag onto an integrated knife frame, where the bag is punctured by its own weight to release the material. To control dust generation, the system is equipped with a sealed unloading chamber, pneumatic sealing doors, and a high-efficiency dust collection unit, ensuring effective dust containment and clean unloading.
