Product Description
Our ton bag unpacking machine, also known as a jumbo bag unloader, is designed to efficiently and safely discharge powdery and granular materials from bulk bags. By utilizing an electric hoist to lift the ton bag to the rack, the machine presses the bag outlet with a pneumatic sealing system to achieve a dust-free environment. The bag is then untied and, with the help of gravity and squeezing plates, the material is discharged into a silo or directly into downstream processing equipment.
According to the user site conditions, workshop layout, process requirements and material characteristics, tonnage bag unpacking machine commonly has three forms: ① clip bag type tonnage bag unpacking machine; ② broken bag type tonnage bag unpacking machine; ③ combination of tonnage bag unpacking machine, according to the actual conditions of the selection of different models.
Application Field
It is suitable for automatic unbagging and discharging of dry powdery and granular materials in the fields of foodstuffs, medicine, chemical industry, metallurgy, new materials and so on, such as nitrate ash, magnesium oxide, quartz sand, limestone, wood chips, activated carbon, PVC powder, fly ash and so on.
