Detailed Process
The vacuum feeder uses a vacuum generator or electric fan as a vacuum source. The pressure difference between the vacuum and the ambient space creates a gas flow in the pipeline, driving the movement of powder and granular materials, and completing the powder transportation.
Equipment installation: The material conveying pipeline is connected to the feeding equipment, the vacuum pipeline is connected to the vacuum source, and the vacuum feeder is connected to the storage equipment.
Start the feeder: After the material is sucked into the feeder under the action of vacuum, it is separated by the filter element in the bin body, filtered by air, and temporarily stored in the bin. After the suction time is reached, the discharge valve is opened, and the material is released into the storage device.
Automatic control: The suction time and discharge time can be controlled by the PLC program, and the feeder is equipped with a filter element and backflush system. The filter element will be sprayed in each cycle to prevent blockage. The backflush time can also be controlled by PLC to save labor costs.
